Brand new to cycling and want to get a hang of riding longer? Join this beginner friendly 4-week training program. You’ll gradually increase mileage, elevation, and have accomplished 100 miles in 1 month! note: these rides are mostly based out of Berkeley, Oakland, and Alameda, California. 8-weeks of access is provided. What's included - 4 weekly breakdowns including route details, pit stops, riding tips, and what to expect on the ride - 4 routes in the East Bay (~12 hours of ride time) - 3 weekday strengthening sessions on the bike - Well-researched, mostly bike friendly routes Disclaimer: Always check with your physician before starting any training program
