Join this beginner friendly 4-week training program We’ll gradually increase mileage, elevation, and have accomplished 100 miles in 1 month! note: these rides are based out of Oakland, CA What's included - 4 weekly breakdowns including route details, pit stops, riding tips, and what to expect on the ride - 4 routes in the East Bay (~9 hours of ride time) - 3 weekday strengthening sessions on the bike (~3 hours, 30 miles of riding total) - Well-researched, mostly bike friendly routes
