Carolin, c. 2012

CEO / Ride Leader

Carolin’s passion for cycling came from her time in South Korea in 2012 where she rode over 50 miles (80 kilometers) for the first time with colleagues to Chuncheon, a city known for their mouth-watering marinated grilled chicken. It was an achy, yet deliciously rewarding ride that was well worth it. After that, she was hooked on cycling (and the grilled chicken).

She travels to cycle. Since 2012, she's planned international bike trips from Bali, Munich, Seoul, Amsterdam, Maui, Big Island of Hawaii, Siem Reap, Kyoto, and her favorite so far, Dolomites in Italy. Recently, she’s been staying local along the west coast region and has been exploring parts of Oregon and the northern region of California. 8 years of riding internationally and over 15,000 miles later, the cycling bug is still there.

Having been through the ups and downs (figuratively and literally) of training and the challenges that come with it, she hopes to share her experience and knowledge with others. Her joy comes from empowering others so they too, can experience the freedom and wonders of the world on a bike.
