These sessions are perfect for those who want to build up on the basics of bike safety (such as hand-signals and call outs) in a car-free space, while putting it into practice.
3 Sessions, ~3.5 hours total
Learn cycling etiquette and rules of the road
Learn how to tackle hills, refine your shifting technique, and overcome self-doubt
Fix your own flat while understanding the mechanics of your bike
Whether it’s becoming a better cyclist or just going out and sharing the joy that cycling outside brings, exploring, socializing, and bonding with others is why we are here.
Explore many parts of the East Bay with distances ranging from a 10 - 100 miles and elevation from flats to steep

Got some number goals and want to ride with a group to achieve them? We have some that may hit the spot. Programs with limited spots include:
